Neha Dhupia is back from the west after she shot for the television miniseries Bollywood Hero and at the moment is keeping her fingers crossed hooping that the show gets her positive reviews. She said that over there it did not matter who she was but what mattered was the performance she gave in front of those cameras. She said that she got the part only after auditioning and proving herself.

It was not as if someone just approached her for the part. The response to the promos being aired on TV has been great over there. In the show, she pays a Bollywood actress who unlike her is known more for the controversies rather than her acting talent. She also had to throw many starry tantrums as a part of the shoot on the sets.

She says over there time is off the essence and they are far more professional than anyone she has seen in the industry so far. A great deal of attention is given to small details and the problem is centre of attention over there and not the stars on the sets. They are not ready to ignore even a minor glitch. She says that she will also be seen in a very hot scene in which she merges out of the water in a swimming pool.

She said that she is a happy with the way her career has moved despite the fact that she is not in the same league as Aishwarya Rai or Priyanka Chopra despite being a beauty pageant winner herself. She will be seen in Action Replay and De Dhana Dan opposite Akshay Kumar. She will also be a part of Raat Gayi Baat Gayi and Pappu Can’t Dance Sala besides that.
