Neil Nitin Mukesh has finally settled down in the industry, he is now working his way up the ladder, and one must say that his performance as an actor seems to be getting better with each passing movie. The actor made an impressive debut with the movie Johnny Gaddar in which his character hard dark shades. For actors aspiring to become heroes it is often advised not to start with a movie with dark shades or you can be stuck with them for the rest of your career.

Neil however did not take the advice, which worked for him as he won the award for the best debutant male. His father however was very upset with him when he first signed on for the movie with negative shades, as he wanted him to turn down the offer. His father Nitin Mukesh was so disappointed that he would utter a word to him at the dinner table and the process was repeated for six months until the movie was released and Nitin started receiving positive reviews for his performance.

Today his father is proud of his son with the entire industry and audiences acknowledging his acting abilities. His last movie New York was a huge ht and now he is working with Madhur Bhandarkar for his movie Jail. Madhur has a taste for showing reality in his movies and with this movie, he will show the BMW hit and run case that was much publicized in the media and six people lost their lives in this accident.
