Amrita Rao has had a steady career with lots of good performances to her name. She first made a name for herself in her debut movie Ishq Vishk where she played the sweet innocent girl next door. The image then stuck with her in her future movie like Main Hoon Naa, Vivah and Welcome To Sajjanpaur. It can be said that her image in Main Hoon Naa was a bit different but eve in that movie she never had an all out glamorous role.

Her next movie ShortKut The Con Is On is about to change her image from that of a girl next door to an ultra hot chick. Minisha Lamba is another name that comes to mind when we think of an image over like this. It worked pretty well for her in the movie Kidnap. The thing that kicked of that image makeover was the outfits in the songs of the movie and in case of Amrita also it is the outfits in the songs that are being talked about.

When she was asked how was the transition for her she said that she was very confident that she could pull it off. The fact that she had no inhibitions about the outfits also helped her a lot and the outcome is fantastic. This is her attempt to do different kind of role but her aim remains the same.
