The chocolate boy of the industry Shahid Kapur seems to have finally comes of age. He had matured as an actor and he seems to have taken some large strides to move just a step ahead of the competition coming from the actors of his generation. However, it was not overnight that he saw the change. The struggle for the actor has been the same if not more than any other new actor in the industry.

There were times when he doubted his credentials. There are times with no good scripts in his kitty. However, he had one thing in his favor he knew that there is nothing besides acting that he would like doing more. He kept on following his passion and all that finally paid off with Kaminey, which has shot him into the big league with all the superstars.

Now after achieving all this there still remains one thing that he is yet to do in the industry and that is to work with his father Pankaj Kapur but all that is very soon going to change as his father gets all set to direct him in the movie Mausam that will be produced by Religare Vistaar. It will be romantic movie shot in the beautiful locales of India, Spain, UK, Italy and Austria.

Pankaj himself entirely on his own has done screenplay of the movie. Shahid would surely have wanted his dad to direct his debut flick but it is never too late for good things to happen. As far as female lead in confirmed they are looking for a fresh face so, an opportunity for some new face out over there awaits.
