Marketing is the word these days to help the movie do well at the box office. The marketing team spends hours to sell the product and the team of Teen Patti has done a fantastic job. The movie first created hype when they signed on Sir Ben Kingsley opposite Amitabh Bachchan. Now when the posters of the movie have been unveiled they have again managed to catch the eye of the audiences.

The poster sees the two legends standing with back against each other with a caption reading an equation that changed all other equations. In the background is a white board filled with various mathematical equations. Another poster has other stars from the movie like Madhavan on them. The posters are doing exactly what they were meant to do in the first place that is creating hype around in the movie.

Ben Kingsley portrays the charcter of Perci Trachtenberg who is one of the greatest known living mathematicians to our generation. Amitabh’s character is named Venkat who himself is a genius in math and is at ease with equations. Venkat comes up with an equation that would change the general ruled related to the word randomness and probability.

Madhavan who plays a math professor encourages Venkat to go ahead and test his theory on the game of Teen Patti, which is a variant of the world famous game Poker. With all the equations involved, the movie bears some resemblance to the Hollywood flicks A Beautiful Mind and 21 both of which were huge hits. Whether Teen Patti will meet, the same fate remains to be seen.
