A.R.Rahman is having a time of his life. His life has changed a great deal after the 81st Annual Academy Award. That was the night when he won two Oscars for the best song and the best background score in the movie Slumdog Millionaire which was directed by Danny Boyle. A.R.Rahman announced his arrival on the world stage.

Since then there has been a hoard of directors who want him to give music to their movies. There are companies after him who wants to sign endorsement deals with him. It is being reported that Motorola has apparently signed him as their brand ambassador for a whopping amount of close to 30 crores. Never before any Indian celebrity has been quoted or paid such a high price for endorsing their brand.

Bigger news still is that he will be replacing David Beckham as the brand ambassador of Motorola. You have to be worth if you are replacing David Beckham, as there are few people who can match him when it comes to endorsements. There are also rumors that he might be endorsing the brand in India along with Abhishek Bachchan. Abhishek has been actively promoting Moto as was evident in his movie Delhi 6 where the phone has been advertised a lot.

Rahman might have to end his relation with nokia though with whom he has earlier launched a music album for the Xpress series phone. Rahman is also associated with the service provider Airtel for a very long time. He has even composed their main theme song that has now become their signature. Rahman is having Raavan and Blue releasing this year in which he has given the music.
