Rajasthan high court granted bail to Salman Khan

Salman Khan, who has been convicted of poaching a chinkara deer at the Ghoda farm near Jodhpur on the night of 28th September 1998, is likely to be released by this evening. Salman Khan was found accused for killing the chinkara deer during the shooting of one of his film, HUM SAATH SAATH HAIN.

Salman Khan has been in the jail for five days. He was sentenced for five year imprisenment. But the judge of ‘Rajasthan High Court’, justice H.R. Panwar, has granted bail to famous bollywood actor after a week of his arrest.

Court has ordered Rs. 1 lakh security with abond of Rs. 50,000. The next date decided for the hearing of revision petition is 24th October. Salman’s lawyer has full confidence of winning this case. S Bajwa(lawyer) is fighting on behalf of Salman Khan in the court.

Salman Khan had spent a whole week in Jodhpur’s Central Jail. Salman Khan was arrested a week before when his appeal against a lower court order failed to convince the judge of Jodhpur court.

The other bollywood actors who have been acquitted in the same case were Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Neelam, Satish Shah and Tabbu. These all actors were present there for shooting down Suraj Bardjatya’s HUM SAATH SAATH HAIN.
