Raj Kumar Santoshi is now all set to start shooting for his forthecoming flick titled Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani. The movie stars Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif in the leading roles. And if the reports are to be believed then Ranbir has been given a whopping amount of Rs. 7 crores for acting in the film.

But the movie is not exactly a intense love story but it is a romantic-comedy one. Santoshi is really looking forward to work with Ranbir and katrina for the first time. According to the sources, the movie will be shot in Mumbai and then in Goa. Santoshi is planning to show Ranbir to audience in the flavour of his grandfather, Raj Kapoor.

Initially, Shahid Kapoor was approached for the role. But that didn’t work out and hence Ranbir got an entry in the film. Model turned actor, Upen patel is also doing an important role in the movie. The music of the film will be given by none other than Pritam.

Santoshi also denied the news of his fall out with Bollywood actor Ajay Devgan. He confirms that they haven’t fallen out just because of working in a couple of flop films together. He will definitely make Ramayan and Ashok with him in near future.
