Rab ne bana di Jodi, Aditya chopra’s latest creation and Yashraj film’s latest release has reportedly made a record collection. Staring Shahrukh Khan in it, the movie was an anticipated hit and the box office proved it. Rab ne… was released on 12th of December worldwide, and in its first week its gross collection crossed 90 Crores.

In many places Rab ne… has collected even higher than the previous record holder movies, Om Shanti Om and Singh is King. The movie has also broken the records of collections of all the previous Yashraj movies. Dhoom: 2 was said to be the movie which gave the maximum collection to Yashraj films in the first week.

Rab ne… collected 42 crores net and gross collection around 70 crores in India, and overseas collected around 20 crores making itself a huge hit. In the Middle East, Rab ne… collected around 1.3 million dollar in its first week’s collection. Before this the Yashraj super hit Dhoom: 2 collected around 1.8 million dollar in its entire run. Rab ne… is all set to break this record.

Rab ne… also got great response in countries like Australia, United Kingdom, USA, Africa as well as all overseas market. Rab ne… also proved to be the highest gross collector in all these countries and have even broken the previous record of many of its counterparts. The first week collection of Rab ne… has been a record in many of these territories.

Rab ne… has entered to its second week and is still getting response from the audiences. The people are turning in great numbers for this movie. Awesome story line, superb acting and outstanding direction are the causes which are turning the people in huge numbers. It wont be wrong to say that the movie is showing the potential in it to be an all time Blockbuster.
