Abhishek Kapoor also known as Gattu has revealed what his next project is going to be. He came to prominence after directing one of biggest hits last year in the form of Rock On. His next movie will be an adaptation from the novel The 3 Mistakes of My Life that has been written by the best-selling author Chetan Bhagat.

Chetan Bhagat seems to be quickly making a name for himself in Bollywood. He has already seen two of his movies being scripted into Bollywood flicks. Firstly, there was Hello, which was adapted from his novel One Night At The Call Centre that was the story of some call centre employees who have an out of the world experience. The movie made on his second novel Three Idiots is about to be released.

Raju Hirani has directed the movie and Aamir Khan along with Kareena Kapoor, Sharman Joshi and Madhavan will be seen playing the lead roles. The movie is about three people who met inside a prestigious engineering college and their experiences in their college days. Abhishek will not be copying the entire novel in the movie.

He has made some changes in the script. Now he has not finalized the caste of the movie but Farhan Akhtar who played the lead in his last movie will not be back with him. The reason he gives is that Farhan would not have suited the part. In addition, Farhan will be busy with his own project, which is the sequel to Don. He will be continuing from where he left off with Shahrukh Khan one again ready to play the don.
