Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor are amongst many other Bollywood stars that gave the elections a miss and put work ahead of voting. Saif and Kareena are currently shooting for the movie Jihad in the US. They are the same people who asked the people of India to vote and bring about a change but when their turn came, they were nowhere to be seen at least in Mumbai.

The movie is being made under the Yashraj banner and it marks the debut of Rensil D’ Silva as a director. The movie has been in the news lately and seems to have run into some sort of trouble. The reason being Minisha Lamba has walked out of the movie and now they are left with no one opposite Vivek Oberoi. Earlier Tara Sharma was to play the part but could not due to her pregnancy.

Recently Rensil shot a scene, which had a carnival atmosphere in it with all the balloons and the US flags. They had to reschedule their shooting as they were denied to shoot at their desired location owing to the fact that the movie has terrorism in its backdrop. Saif and Bebo are enjoying the company of each other and do not care about anything else as is evident from the fact that they did not turn up to vote.

Kareena his having Three Idiots and Milenge Milenge which will be her big releases this year. In Three Idiots, she will be seen working for the first time with Aamir Khan whereas in the latter one she will be back sharing the screen space with ex boyfriend Shahid Kapur.
