Saif Ali Khan’s family members have accepted his girlfriend, Kareena Kapoor, as his begum sahiba. Kareena, who is going to celebrate her birthday on this 21st September, will recieve a very special and precious gift by his current lover, Saif Ali Khan and his sister, Saba Ali Khan.

According to the sources, Saif wants to gift something very special to his sweetheart on this occasion. Saif has asked his sister, Saba Ali Khan , who is a jewellery designer by profession, to design a special jwellery for his beloved. And Saba has already started the work for her brother’s wish.

Reportedly, Saba is putting a deep thought on the desingning of the jwellery. However, she would be able to make it ready by the month of december only which means that Kareena will not recieve her gift on September 21 i.e. on her birthday. The reason for the delay is the special design which Saba is trying to ready for her would be, Bhabhi.
