After Aamir Khan’s act as a school teacher in his debut directional venture Taare Zameen Par, it’s time for cute boy Shahid Kapoor to go for a teacher’s act in his forthecoming movie Pathshala. But he is not in the lead role of the film, infact he is just doing a cameo in the film.

According to Shahid, he has been approached by the director for essaying a cameo role in his film. And as the role seems to be interested enough, so he decided to go for it. However, the lead actors of the movie are Suneil Shetty and beautiful young lad Ayesha Takia.

Actually the main reason for Shahid’s cameo appearance in the movie is his friendship with the producer Ahmed Khan. Shahid Kapoor was quite impressed by Taare Zameen Par’s concept and he was also looking for an opportunity to act for a similar type of role.

After Shahid’s breakup with his ex-girlfriend Kareena Kapoor, it was being assumed that he will suffer in his career. But he has proven everyone wrong with his brillinat act in Jab We Met. And now he looks more confident in his approach towards success in his acting career.
