Shahrukh Khan’s first hit of the year 2007, Chak De India went on to create a new genre of sports in bollywood. The other movies made on the same theme after that were not so appreciated by audiences at all.

After that Shahrukh came with the biggest hit of the previous year, that is, Farah Khan’s Om Shanti Om. Once again people showered their love on Shahrukh for his hardwork on six pack abs. Infact it were only Shahrukh and Akshay Kumar who managed to keep the box office going in year 2007.

On the other hand, Yash Raj Films, had a very difficult time in the previous year as all of their movies turned croppers at the box office. Even Madhuri Dixit’s comeback movie Aaja Nachle has not done anything special for them and turned out to be a big flop.

But now Aditya Chopra has realised his mistake and wanted to start this year with a movie starring King Khan. Aditya is so keen to work with SRK, that he even agreed to postpone Dhoom 3 which was earlier on top of his priority list.

It would be a bad news for audience as now they have to wait for Dhoom 3. This is what called star power. Let see what is going to be happened with Yash Raj Films in the year 2008.
