In his upcoming venture ‘My Name Is Khan’ SRK will play a role of a person who suffers from autism.

SRK experimented with his role in Rab Ne… and it was a huge hit as well as a record setter at the box-office. Again he is set to take up new challenges in the upcoming Karan Johar’s movie. In this movie he plays a person who is affected by autism. It is a kind of disease, which makes interaction difficult.

SRK plays Rizwan Khan in the movie. According to the sources SRK will have to shed off his lean look and will have to gain some weight for the role of Rizwan. The role needs him to have a fuller look. Meanwhile SRK is reading books, seeing Documentaries, and meeting people suffering from autism. SRK is also seeing doctors who deal with this disease. SRK salutes all the parents who bring up children with any disorder.

In the movie Rizwan Khan is suspected to be a terrorist. The reason for him to be suspected as a terrorist are, firstly he is a Muslim, and secondly because of his strange behavior. His strange behavior is an effect of autism, which leads him to take many pain as well as troubles.

Well, it appears as if we are again going to see an authentic performance from SRK after the masterpieces like CHAK DE; and when it is a Karan Johar movie, the dual magic can be surely anticipated.
