Legendary actor Shammi Kapoor’s son Aditya Raj is all set to make his acting debut in bollywood industry. He has just completed a movie which is actually inspired by Amitabh Bachchan and Tabu starrer Cheeni Kum.

Aditya is playing the role of an older man who is in love with a 24-year girl in the movie. Besides being an actor, he had also directed films abroad in past. He aspires to do the kind of roles Sanjeev Kumar used to play in his films.

Aditya who is 51 years old now, is quite impressed by Big B’s performance in Cheeni Kum. His next directorial venture Balti Devi: Queen Of Southall with Rakhi Sawant is very much on despite being busy in his acting debut.

Aditya is happy for Ranbir Kapoor who is actually half of his age. According to Aditya, it feels good to be the latest Kapoor making appearance on the silver screen.
