The snobbish comment made by TV star Shekhar Suman about the latest release Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Chandni Chowk to China’ as the ‘worst film ever made in the history of the Indian cinema’ created quite a turmoil in bollywood. And finally the TV celebrity has to apologize to the star.

Now the most witty actor of Indian television admits that it was a mistake on his part to comment so irresponsibly about ”Chandni Chowk to China’. Shekhar has no hesitation in saying sorry to Akshay. He is saying that there was nothing personal about his comments. He did not intend to be offensive to Akshay.

According to Shekhar it was a sheer waste of Rs.400 to watch the movie. Shekhar most blatantly declared the movie as the worst film of Indian history. To Shekhar the film seemed not only substandard but even nonsense. According to Shekhar 16th January should be declared National Mourning in India, because this day marks the ‘death of Indian cinema’.

Not only this, according to Shekhar, Akshay has no brains at all. He also said that Akshay has lost what he had after tasting success. According to Akshay Shahrukh is not in the race but as per Shekhar’s opinion Akki is not even in the race.

But now Shekhar is sorry about this whole tongue-lash. Shekhar is now going gaga over Akshay’s success. Even he considers Akshay as a role model for his son Adhyayan.

Sorrowfully some of the hard core fans of Akshay, including Nikhil Advani, the director of  ‘Chandni Chowk to China’ has declared these comments as a cheap publicity stunt by Shekahr to have publicity for Adhyayan’s latest release ‘Raaz 2’. The film released on 23rd January.

But Shekhar put this comments aside with a smile. Shekhar is confident about Adhyayan’s performance in ‘Raaz 2’. He said that his son does not need heavy names to come in limelight. He would have said the same thing even the film of his son was not there to come.
