Shiney Ahuja has confessed to the crime saying that it was on consent but even after all this his wife has come out in support of him. He has been booked under the section 376 for raping his house cleaner. Anupam Ahuja who was in Delhi at the time of incident is saying that her husband is innocent and that he is a very good man.

She rubbished aside the media reports, which said that they have been living separately. She says that she was not ashamed of anything and would support her husband and stand by him no matter word. It was she who decided to stay out of the limelight until now but she had to come out after all this. She shifted base from Noida to Mumbai with him and helped the family until he got his first break in the movie Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi.

She then moved to New York for a couple of years to give her career a boost. Whatever she might say Shiney seems to be in deep trouble as of now.
