Shreyas Talpade recently attended a conference in which our honorable Prime Minister was to give a speech. He was able to get in with the help of Subhash Ghai who had received and invitation. He is huge fan of the PM especially his cool demeanor that he has maintained when the opposition has leader L.K.Advani has gone on an all out verbal attack against him. The PM spoke on important issues like the economic slowdown and recession. He also spoke of the 26/11 terrorist attack.

Shreya was very impressed by the speech and his choice of words. He says that he always wanted to be part in the country growth but after 26/11, he is seriously thinking of taking up politics. The only election he contested in his college he managed to bag four votes. According to him, every citizen should be given military training and it should be made mandatory for everyone to serve the country for at least six months so that all of us are more involves.

Recently we see saw him doing some voluntary service when he saw him playing a traffic cop. What happened was that he had been stuck in a traffic jam and after waiting for some, he decided to take matter in his own hands when he saw no help coming. He also managed to get help from some other volunteers like him.

He had hits like Welcome to Sajjanpur and Golmaal Returns last year .He is having Click and Paying Guest releasing this year. Besides this, he is also having a special appearance in the movie Aashayein where he will be playing himself.
