Bollywood crime action drama flick, Aakhri Daao, directed by A. Salaam and written by Javed Akhtar was released in the year 1975. The movie starred Jeetendra and Saira Banu in lead roles while Danny Denzongpa, Padma Khanna, Ramesh Deo, Mohan Chhoti, Ranjeet, Iftekhar and Satyendra Kapoor also played important characters in the film. The hit melodious music of the movie was composed by the well known music director duo Laxmikant Pyarelal while the songs were rendered by Kishore Kumar, Lata Mangeshkar etc.

Younga and handsome, Ravi ( Jeetendra ) is involved in some criminal activties and he makes his living throuh these activities. He realizes that he has had enough and therefore decides to go straight. He get a job as a manager in a small firm. He meets with a beautiful girl there named Reena ( Saira Banu ) and eventually falls in love with her. He cracks open a safe in order to save the life of local police chief’s daughter. Reena get impressed by him and falls in love with him.

But Ravi life gets upturned when his former crime partner, Robert ( Danny Denzongpa ) once again enters in his life. Robert and his girlfriend Juile wants Ravi to crack open a safe they had robbed recently. But Ravi refuse to do so and as a result of this Robert threatens him of revealing his true identity in front of Reena and the community. What Ravi will do now?
