The action and family drama movie Aakhri Kasam was released in 1979. K L Chitkara was the producer while Dinesh Ramnesh directed the movie. The star Vinod Mehra, Yogita Bali, Kabir Bedi and Om Shiv Puri while Urmila Bhatt, Nasir Hussain, Imtiaz Khan and Satyen Kappu played the supporting roles. Rafi and Hemlata sang the songs and Ravindra Jain gave the music for the movie.

Jagga ( Satyendra Kapoor ) is a underprivileged laborer who resides along with her pretty wife and an infant .A wicked Zamindar ( Om Shivpuri ) of their village has his impious eyes on Jagga’s wife but she resisted him. One day, he sent his men to forcefully get her at his place .He raped and murdered her and her son. Infuriated Jagga wished to take revenge for the humiliation. He abducts one of the two sons of the Zamindar.

He brings up the child in a responsible manner so that when he is young he would be able to take up Jagga’s revenge from his biological father, Zamindar. Years later, this young man has grown up and is called Badal ( Kabir Bedi ) while the other son has grown up to be called Police Inspector Ram ( Vinod Mehra ).Now, Jagga conspires against the Zamindar and soon Badal stands against his father for Jagga’s revenge for his family’s humiliation.
