Bollywood romantic thriller, Aar Paar, directed by Guru Dutt and written by Abrar Alvi was released in the year 1954. The movie starred Guru Dutt and Shyama in lead roles while Johnny Walker, Rajendra, Jagdish sethi, Jagdeep and Rashid Khan also played significant characters in the film. The melodious evergreen music of the movie was directed by the legendary music director O.P. Nayyar while the songs were rendered by Mohammed rafi, Geeta Dutt etc.

The movie starts with a guy named Kalu ( Guru Dutt ), who is a taxi driver by profession. There are two women who are in love with him and wants to get married with him soon. But kalu first wants to sextabvlish himself. He wants to become rich before getting married with someone. He works hard for fullfilling his dream but putting extra effort in an honest job is not all for getting success in the life. Kalu wants to beocme rich soon but the taxi driving is not enough for achieving for his target.

Kalu’s first girlfriend’s father is involved in several criminal activities and wants Kalu to join him in his activities. Kalu decides to join him in his criminal activities as there is no other option left for him to become rich in less time. But little does Kalu knows is that he is stepping into a dangerous game where he can even loose his life. What will happen now?
