Aatank Hi Aantak was an action movie released on August 4, 1995. The movie was directed by Dilip Shankar and the producer of the movie was Mangal. The top roles in the movie were enacted by Aamir Khan, Rajnikant and Juhi Chawla while other important and side roles were played by Archana Joglekar, Raza Murad, Om Puri, Dilip Tahil, Ishrat Ali and Girija Shanker. The music director of the film was Bappi Lahiri and the singers were Mohammad Aziz, Udit Narayan, Aparna Jha, Bappi Lahiri and Kumar Sanu.

The story of the movie presents Rohan ( Aamir khan ) as the successor of the underworld don Shiv Charan Sharma’s ( Ishrat Ali ) legacy. Shiv Charan’s destiny makes him a don from an inonncent person for justice from the cruel landlord. Here the south Indian actor Rajnikant plays the role of Munna who used to polish shoes for livelihood when he was a kid. Shiv Charan picked up Munna from street and soon he became the don’s right hand.

Neha ( Juhi Chawla ) plays the role of Rohan’s fiancée. Shiv Charan’s major rival Aslam Pathan ( Raza Murad ) had a beautiful daughter Razia ( Archana Jogelekar ) who fells in love with Munna. But due the differences among Shiv Charan and Aslam Pathan their relationship was in danger. It’s a gangster movie with a good touch of love and romance. The lover’s fate was the major suspense in the movie.
