The horror movie Aatma was released on May 19, 2006 under the banner of Ramsay House of Horror. The movie was directed by Deepak Ramsay and produced by Tulsi Ramsay. The main roles were played by Amriena, Deep Dhillon, Kapil Jhaveri and Usha Bachani while the supporting roles were played by Mukesh Tiwari, Neha and Sadashiv Amrapurkar. The music of the film was directed by Anu Malik and the songs were sung by Sonu Nigam, Asha Bhosle, Khushboo Jain and Sunidhi Chauhan.

Aatma is a film directed by the Ramsay brothers and is a horror movie made after a long time in the Bollywood. It is some unusual story about a doctor Aman ( Kapil Jhaveri ) and his wife Neha ( Neha ). It was a time of his first wedding anniversary night and the couple was celebrating but a visitor requested him to post-mortem a dead body lying in the morgue. He was required to produce the honest reports as only this would reveal some hidden facts about thedead body’s murder. Next day he accidentally spots his murderers who was his brother Mukesh Tiwari and his lawyer Sadashiv Amrapurka.

Aman was forced by these gangsters to produce false reports and even without examining the body as they had threatened him to kill his wife Neha. The doctor becomes shocked to see the dead body’s face. He was the same person who had visited him the night earlier asking for the honest reports. He concludes that the person was the ghost of the dead person. The ghost enters inside Neha’s body to punish Aman and seek its revenge. The things are then resolved gradually.
