The action thriller Annarth was released on November 1, 2002. The movie was directed and produced by Ravi Dewan. The lead roles in the movie were played by Sanjay Dutt, Preeti Jhangiani, Sunil Shetty and Ashutosh Rana while Tinu Anand, Johny Lever were also there in the film. The music of the film was directed by Anand Raj Anand and the songs were sung by Sukhwinder Singh, Jaspinder Narula, Adnan Sami, Preeti, Vinod Rathod and Pamela Jain.

Annarth is produced and directed by the famous action director Ravi Dewan and is a movie beased on the backdrop of underworld. The movie revolves around two brothers Jimmy ( Sunil Shetty ) and Raghav ( Ashutosh Rana ) where Raghav is the elder of the two and an ambitious underworld don. Jimmy is the more devoted brother and does all Raghav’s work. They have a sister Preeti ( Preeti Jhangiani ) who is a model and a popular video actress and wanted to stay away from their activities.Preeti loves her childhood friend Gautam ( Sameer ).

Bandya ( Vinod Kambli ) is a fun loving and cool person and this habit of his finds him trouble with the rival gang often. Jimmy tries to help him but could not save him from getting killed. Problems stated arising when Jimmy becomes an embarrassment for his elder brother Raghav. Iqbal Danger ( Sanjay Dutt ) is imprisoned for a minor offence. He was depressed when he found his girlfriend Khatun ( Shwetha Menon ) taken by another man.
