The action movie Avinash was released on December 12, 1986. The movie was directed by Umesh Mehra and produced by Kavita Ramsay. The significant roles in the movie were enacted by Mithun Chakraborty, Bindiya Goswami, Poonam Dhillon and Parveen Babi while Prem Chopra and Sujit Kumar were also there in the film.
