The story of the movie revolves around an oldest son of a happy and loving family who one day beats up the son of a brutal, wealthy and corrupt family when he catches him trying to molest his sister. Lala Seth ( Paresh Rawal ) is a gangster who carries his malicious activities without any fear of the police or the government.

One day, Lala and his gang while trying to carry their bad activities come across the path of a true and innocent guy Gautam Hiraskar ( Jackie Shroff ). A violent confrontation ensues between them and Lala then decides to teach Gautam a lesson so that he will remember all his life. Thus his gang burns Gautam’s sister to death, kill his parents and leave him barely alive. As soon as he recovers, he sets out to take the revenge from his enemy Lala.
