Bollywood family drama, Bhai Bhai, directed by Raja Nawathe was released in the year 1970. The movie starred Sunil Dutt and Asha Parekh in lead roles while Mumtaz, Pran, Jeevan, Mehmood, Jagdish Raj, Madan Puri, Asit Sen, Raj Mehra, Iftekhar and Aruna Irani also played important roles in the film. The melodious evergreen music of the movie was composed by the veteran music director duo Shankar-Jaikishen while the songs were rendered by Mohammed Rafi, Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhonsle etc.

The movie starts with two twins brother named Ashok and Deep ( both played by Sunil Dutt ), who lives alongwith their mother. Deep is the elder brother of Ashok and wants Ashok to be a judge one day. Deep relocates to Bombay to make a living for him and his family. he attempts to make living by selling poetry but fails. He is then asked to write stories of a imaginary bandit named Sangram Singh. He agrees to do so and starts writing under the pen name of his friend named Jani babu. Soon luck changes and he becomes a very popular person. His girlfriend’s father also allows him to marry his daughter.

But problem arises when a bandit who calls himself Sangram singh starst performing robberies in the region and starts spreading terror of his name all over. Police starts their investigation and come across Deep. To make matter even worse, Deep’s girlfriend’s father is murdered by someone and police arrests deep in the charge of the murder. What will happen now?
