The comic movie Bombay to Goa was released on July 6, 2007 and has been directed by Raj Pendurkar and produced by Humayu Rangilla. The movie had many comedians like Sunil Pal, Ehsaan Qureshi, Raju Shrivastava, Deepak Raja and Naveen Prabhakar but the supporting roles were played by Viju Khote, Jagdeep, Rauf Lala, Shakti Kapoor and Ranjeet. The music of the film has been directed by Nitin Shankar and Ravi Meet while the songs were sung by Bappi Lahiri, Shabaab Sabri, Zubin, Shehla Burney and Sonu Kakkar.

The movie Bombay to Goa is about a journey that starts from Bombay to conclude at Goa but it is not an ordinary journey, it is full of joy and funny sequences that occur to the characters journeying in the bus. The story of the movie revolves around two persons Lal ( Sunil Pal ) and Das ( Vijay Raaz ). Lal is quite different from other persons as he is very ambitious and has a dream of doing something big in his life and also wants to start his own business. He is a visionary person and really wants to do something great in his life. On the other side, Das is an overconfident type of person and is a driver by profession. He was working in BEST but decided to quit his job after being troubled by his boss.

Lal won Rs 2 lacs in some contest and he along with Das decided to open a travel agency but later realized that in this today’s world it’s almost difficult to do this in two lacs rupees. So to own a bus what they did is that they went to Chor bazaar and bought some spare parts of old imported cars and assembled them together to create the bus. Das asked Lal to bring in the passengers for their agency. He managed to get the passengers and later finds a secret about a hidden treasure. All the people go crazy and this begins a laughing journey.
