The movie Chain Kulii Ki Main Kulii was released on June 22, 2007 under the banner of Saregama-HMV. The movie belongs to the genre of children fantasy and was directed by Kituu Salooja. The main actors in the film were Rahul Bose, Zain Khan and Rajesh Khera while there were significant roles played by Nasir Hussain, Kapil Dev and Amrindher Sodhi. The music of the film was directed by Salim and Sulaiman Merchant and the songs of the film were sung by Kunal Ganjawala, Kailash Kher, Kishore Kumar, Lata Mangeshkar and K K.

Chain Kulii Ki Main Kulii is a children’s film and mostly based on cricket. The movie narrates many stories besides cricket like a story of an orphan child, another about the family relationships of an Indian cricketer. The orphan boy of just 13 years of age has showed that determination can make ourself win. Karan ( Zain Khan ) was living in a orpahanage which was not in a good health. He had two main dreams of his, he wished to have his parents back and also wanted to be a good cricketer. His idol was Kapil Dev and was told many stories by Bholu Dada ( Susheel Parasher ).

Someday the coach of Indian Cricket team saw Karan and was quite impressed by his batting. The Indian team was also going through a bad time and this was the time when Karan was included in the team to open with Varun ( Rahul Bose ). Several issues were raised on this move but Karan silenced them all through his batting and winning matches for his country. Karan got famous and was liked by almost everyone except his orphanage friend and also a bully Raghav ( Raj Bhansali ). The jealous friend broke his lucky and magical bat but it was his skills that won the match for India.
