Yesteryear hit comedy flick, Chupke Chupke, written and directed by Hrishikesh Mukherjee was released in the year 1975. The movie starred Dharmendra, Amitabh Bachchan and Sharmila Tagore in lead roles while Jaya Bachchan, Asrani and Om Prakash also played significant characters in the film. The hit music of the film was given by S.D. Burman and the songs were sung by Lata Mangeshkar, Kishore Kumar tec. The movie was well recieved by the audiences and went on to do well at the box office.

The movie starts with Parimal Tripathi ( Dharmendra ), who is a professor of botany. He falls in love with a beautiful girl named Sulekha ( Sharmila Tagore ). They both get married. Sulekha, who is highly impressed by her Jijaji ( Om Prakash ), always tries to compare Parimal with him. As result Parimal starts developing an inferiority complex with her Jijaji. He makes a plan to prove Sulekha that he is more smart than her so called Jijaji.

Parimal learns that Sulkeha’s Jijaji needs a driver who can speak pure Hindi language. He gets the opportuity and he enter in Sulekha’s Jijaji’s life as their driver, Pyaaremohan Illahbadi. But very soon begins the comedy of errors which leads you to a non stop laugh to the end of the film when Parimal finally revelas his true identity in front of everyone.
