The social movie Dana Pani was released in the year of 1989. The movie was directed as well as produced by Deven Verma. The female lead in the movie was played by Padmini Kolhapure who debuted as an actress with the film Bhai Bahen released in 1969. She was also there in the movie Satyam Shivam Sundaram released in 1978.
