Bollywood romantic family flick, Do Badan, directed by Raj Khosla was released in the year 1966. The movie starred Manoj Kumar and Asha Parekh in lead roles while Manmohan Krishna, Simi Grewal, Dhumal, Pran and Mohan Chhoti also played important roles in the film. The melodious music of the movie was directed by none other than the veteran music director Ravi while the songs were crooned by Mohammed Rafi, Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhonsle etc.

The movie starts with a guy named Vikas Kumar ( Manoj Kumar ), who belongs to a poor family. His only ambition is to complete his education with good marks and then to get a job so that he can look make a better living for himself and his father. He meets with a wealthy girl named Asha ( Asha Parekh ), who is also in the same college. After intial misunderstandng they falls in love with each other. Unfortunately Vikas’s father dies and Vikas leave the exams to attend the funeral of his father.

Asha arranges a job for Vikas in her father’s firm. But she keeps it a secret from Vikas that his boss is actually her father. Asha’s father wants her to get married with a rich guy named Ashwini Nath ( Pran ) but she refuses. Ashwini plans for an accident of Vikas and as a result of the accident, Vikas looses his eyesight. Ashwini enquire Asha that Vikas has died in the accident. Asha then get married to Ashwini. What will happen to Vikas now?
