Bollywood suspense thriller, Do Jasoos, directed by Naresh Kumar and written by K. A. Narayan was released in the year 1975. The movie starred Raj Kapoor and Rajendra kumar in lead roles while Prem Chopra, Aruna Irani, Shailendra singh, Kamal kapoor, Jagdish Raj, Farida Jalal, Asit Sen and Shakti Kapoor also played significant characters in the film. The melodious music of the movie was directed by the well knwon veteran music director Ravindra Jain while the songs were crooned by Mohammed Rafi, Mukesh, Shailendra Singh, Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhonsle etc.

Dharamchand ( Raj Kapoor ) and Karamchand ( Rajendra Kumar ) are two middle aged private detectives, who always gets into problem while solving cases. They are assigned the case of locating the missing daughter, Asha os a multi millionaire. They starts their investigation and soon reveals that a criminal named Prem Chopra ( Prem Chopra ) has kidnapped Asha. They later learns that Prem actually works for criminal don, Motilal ( Kamal Kapoor ). They manage to locate the den of the criminals.

They manage to rescue the girl in their captivity and bring her to the multi millionaire’s house. It is then they reveals that they have actually rescued the wrong girl as the real Asha is already back home. Now they are on a run from the goons of the criminals, Prem and Motilal who are determined to kill them anyhow.
