Suspense thriller, Dus, written and directed by Anubhav Sinha was released on 8th July 2005. The movie starred Sanjay Dutt, Suneil Shetty, Abhishek Bachchan and Zayed Khan in lead roles. Shilpa Shetty, Esha Deol and Dia Mirza played the female lead while Pankaj Kapoor did a negative role in the film. The music of the movie was given by the duo Vishal-Shekhar.

The movie starts with ATC ( Anti Terriorist Cell ) head, Siddhant Dheer ( Sanjay Dutt ) and his information about an expected bomb blast by terrorist. He has the information that a terrorist attack will take place very soon that will kill around 25,000 people. His agent, Neha ( Esha Deol ) tells him about the man behind the whole scene Jambhwal. Siddhant sends Shashank Dheer ( Abhishek Bachchan ), who is actually his brother and Aditya Singh ( Zayed Khan ) to Canada for kidnapping and interrogating Jambhwal’s right hand, Himmat Mehendi ( Pankaj Kapoor).

A Canadian police officer Dan ( Suniel Shetty ) helps them in their mission. They get succeed in trapping Mehendi ( Pankaj Kapoor ). Himmat the tells them about Asifa nd Irfaan, who have turned against Jambhwal. After a series of actions they successfully kills Jhambhwal. But on returning to Neha’s house they find Siddhant there who enquires them about Neha’s death. Then they came to know that the women who they thought to be Neha was actually not the real agent and the man they killed was not Jhambhwal but his enemy Irfaan. What happens next is a must watch.
