Dushman Devta was an action movie released on March 29, 1991. The movie was produced and directed by Anil Ganguly. The top roles in the movie were played by Dharmendra, Dimple, Aditya Pancholi and Gulshan Grover. Some other good roles were played by Kunika and Sonam. The music of the movie was directed by Bappi Lahiri while the singers were Asha Bhosle, Anuradha Paudwal, Alka Yagnik and Bappi Lahiri. The lyricists were Anjaan and Indveer.

In the movie Master Dina Nath ( Shreeram Lagoo ) is a man of principles who believes in retaliating wrong. He lived in a small town which was being intimidated by some selfish people and crooks. Dina Nath resisted all this and thus they wanted to get rid off him. The crooks got him arrested to teach him a lesson and was beaten badly too. Dina Nath somehow rescued himself and decided to take the help of a man named Shiva ( Dharmendra ) the only person who can help him to save the village.

Soon Dinanath gets killed and Durjan Singh ( Gulshan Grover ) and others put the blame on Shiva that he’s the one who killed Dina Nath. Some villagers help and protect Shiva as they believe him to be prodigy of Lord Shiva. Shiva who was once a convict starts taking advantage of the innocent people for his benefit but eventually helps them to get out of their misery. Gulshan Grover played a double role in the movie. Altogether was a nice movie with some nice songs and Indian touch. Dimple and Kunika added the sensuous touch to the movie.
