The comedy thriller movie Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena was released on November 18, 2005 under the banner of Pritish Nandy Communications. The movie was directed by Suparn Verma and produced by Rangita Pritish Nandy and Pritish Nandy. The main roles in the film were enacted by Fardeen Khan, Gulshan Grover, Koena Mitra and Kay Kay Menon while there were several special appearances by Rakhi Sawant and Feroz Khan. The music of the film was directed by Pritam Chakraborty and the songs were sung by Sunidhi Chauhan, Sonu Nigam, Kunal Ganjawala and Shaan.

The movie Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena is inspired by some Hollywood movie like Confidence (2003) and House of Games (1987) but deals with the fact of making good and quick money by doing the con jobs. There had been various films based on the subject of crime in Bollywood like Qayamat, Plan and Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena belongs to one of them. The story of the movie revolves around Arjun Verma ( Fardeen Khan ) who considers himself as the biggest of all the conmans present around him. Arjun believes Natasha Kapoor ( Koena Mitra ) to be his assistant but the truth would be revealed later.

Jahangir Khan ( Feroz Khan ) is the boss of all and rules the Asian continent. He is the most powerful of all and even remains out of reach of the law easily. Life gives the three people a chance to prove who the boss of all is. Arjun was pretty confident and gets indulged in his last ever con job. Natasha joins the gang of Arjun and learns several cool tricks to show her talent. Arjun makes all the plans and it was put to reality by his partners ( Rohit, Amin and Mukul ). There is another bad character in the film Sikandar ( Gulshan Grover ) who is the undefeated living legend.
