Jackie Shroff, Nana Patekar and Juhi Chawla starrer action packed thriller movie, Gang, was released in the year 2000. The movie was written and directed by Mazhar Khan. The other starcast of the film includes Kumar Gaurav, Javed Jaffrey, Inayat Khan, Deepak Sirka, Gulshan Grover and Tinnu Anand in important characters. The melodious hit music of the movie was composed by the legendary music director Rahul Dev Burman and Anu Malik in collaboration while the songs were rendered by Anu Malik, Sunidhi Chauhan, Abhijeet, Hariharan, Asha Bhonsle, Kumar Sanu, Sadhana Sargam etc.

The movie starts with four close friends named Gangu ( Jackie Shroff ), Abdul ( Nana Patekar ), Nihal Singh ( Kumar Gaurav ) and Gary ( Javed Jaffrey ). They decides to enter in the crime world and call themselves GANG by joining the first albahets of their names. Though they all belongs to different religions but they loves each other and respect to each other’s religion. They trusts each other and therefore soon achieve success in their criminals activities.

Unfortunately, Gangu is arrested by police and is sentenced to prison for five years. Gangu realises that he has committed a big mistake by entering in the crime world and make his friends promise to him that they will leave all their criminal activities. Gangu is released from the jail after completing his prison time and is pleased to learn that all his friends are leading a white color life. But bthere is secret which all his friends are hidning from him.
