Golmaal Returns is a comedy movie that is going to release on October 29, 2008 under the banner of Shree Ashtavinayak Cinevision Ltd. The movie has been directed by Rohit Shetty. The major roles in the film are being played by Ajay Devgan, Shreyas Talpade, Arshad Warsi and Tusshar Kapoor while significant roles were played by Kareena Kapoor, Amrita Arora and Anjana Sukhani. Music of the film has been directed by Pritam Chakraborty and the songs were sung by Neeraj Shridhar, Akruti Kakkar, Anushka Manchandani, Earl and Monali Thakur.

After the huge success of the prequel “Golmaal”, the upcoming film Golmaal Returns also promises to make the audience laugh out loud. The much awaited film returns with a new star casts and comedy levels. One day while returning from the office, Gopal ( Ajay Devgan ) saves the life of a beautiful woman Meera ( Celina Jaitley ) from some gangsters and thus got stuck in a yacht for the night due to some reasons. When he returned home the next day, he was questioned from his suspicious wife Ekta ( Kareena Kapoor ) who is a great fan of the saas-bahu serials.

Gopal knew that it would be very difficult for him to convince her so he started telling her some story that he was with his friend Anthony Gonsalves whole night. Ekta was not convinced by his story and decides to write to Anthony, on the fictitious address given by Gopal, asking him to visit them. Gopal tried to solve the problem and asked his junior Laxman ( Shreyas Talpade ) to be Anthony for some time but the twist in the story comes when the real Anthony visited them. More problems were added to Gopal’s life when a cop Madhav ( Arshad Warsi ) found a dead body where Gopal saved Meera.
