The romantic movie Hum Aapke Dil Mein Rehte Hain was released on January 22, 1999. The movie was directed by Satish Kaushik and produced by D Rama Naidu. The significant roles in the movie were played by Anil Kapoor, Anupam Kher, Kajol and Shakti Kapoor while the roles of Parmeet Sethi and Satish Kaushik were also important. Vishwanath was his only parent and since he missed the right bring up, he was a complete fun freak choosing fun over his responsibilities.

Vishwanath was quite irritated of this lazy and irresponsible habit of Vijay and thus to get him back on the track he decided to marry him to an Indian traditional girl. His partner Khairati Lal ( Shakti Kapoor ) gave him an idea to marry him to Anita ( Mink Singh ), Khairati’s niece as he wished to take over Vishwanath’s property and business. While Vishwanath had his own plans as he was impressed by his personal secretary Megha ( Kajol ) and her efficiency at he work she does.
