Bollywood movie, Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke, directed by Mahesh Bhatt was released on 23rd July 1993. The movie starred Aamir Khan and Juhi Chawla in lead roles while bollywood actor Kunal Khemu was also seen in the film as a child artist. The movie was distributed under the banner of Bombino Video Pvt. Ltd.. The superhit music of the film was given by the famous music director duo Nadeem-Sharavan and the songs were sung by Kumar Sanu and Alka Yagnik. The movie went on to become a huge success at the box office. Director Mahesh Bhatt recieved 1994 National Film Award for the film.

The movie starts with a handsome guy, Rahul Malhotra ( Aamir Khan ), who has to become the guardian of his sister mischievous kids as his sister with her husband had died in an accident. Rahul also become the manager of the heavily in debt family business. The three kids Sunny ( Kunal Khemu ), Munni ( Ashrafa ) and Vicky ( Sharokh Irani ) are not happy with Rahul. They wants to do masti all time. One night they run away from home to enjoy in a ‘mela’.

There they meets with a young beautiful girl named Vaiyjanti Iyer ( Juhi Chawla ). They bring her at their home where Rahul hires her as the children’s governess. Rahul meets with her college friend Maya. Maya ( Navneet Nishan ) loves Rahul and tells her father Mr. Bignani ( Dalip Tahil ) about this. Mr. Bignani is the person to whom Rahul’s factory is in debt. Mr. Bignani asks him to marry her daughter and in return he will forget about all the debts. But Rahul, who is in love with Vaijyanti, denies his proposal.
