Hum Ho Gaye Aapke was a musical movie released on August 13, 2001 under the banner of Venus Records & Tapes. The movie was directed by Ahathian and produced by Ganesh and Ratan Jain. The actors in the lead roles were Fardeen Khan, Apoorva Agnihotri, Reema Sen and Suman Ranganathan while the roles of Sadashiv Amrapurkar and Suresh Oberoi were equally important. Music of the film was directed by Nadeem-Shravan and the songs were sung by Udit Narayan, Kumar Sanu, Alka Yagnik, Sunidhi Chauhan and Sonu Nigam.

The movie Hum Ho Gaye Aapke was just another movie that revolves around Rishi ( Fardeen Khan ) who plays a rich person belonging to the family of great businessmen. He is the son of famous billionaire Oberoi ( Suresh Oberoi ) and being a wealthy person he agrees to his son’s thinking that money can buy all the things in the world. For Rishi, love is just the waste of time and according to him, one can’t spend his complete life with just one same girl.

Mohan ( Apoorva Agnihotri ) is Rishi’s best friend who belongs to a middle class family and is employed at his company. Though the two guys are best friends from childhood, their views differ a lot. While Mohan believes strictly in love, Rishi thinks the other way round. They both see Chandni ( Reema Sen ) at a beauty contest between male and female colleges. She is a romantic girl who believes in love and wanted to lead a happy and romantic life. Rishi soon comes to a conclusion that there are certain things in the world that money can’t buy.
