Bollywood sexy seductress, Ishaa Koppikar, was born on September 19, 1976 in Mumbai, India. She did her graduation from Ramnarain Ruia College in Mumbai. She participated in the 1995 Miss India Contest and ends up winning the Miss Talent Crown. After that she started modelling on regular bases. She started her acting career with a Tamil film titled Kaadhal Kavithai for which she was awarded the Filmfare Best Female Debut. She did few more movie is south industry before turning towards Hindi film industry. Her first bollywood movie was Hrithik Roshan and Karishma Kapoor starrer Fiza in which she played a brief appearance. She also played brief appearances in Pyaar Ishq Aur Mohabbat and comedy film Aamdani Atthani Kharcha Rupaiyaa. She instantly shot to fame after performing a schorching hot item number in Ram Gopal Varma’s underworld based movie Company starring Ajay Devgan and Vivek Oberoi in lead roles. She also got a nickname of Khallas Girl after doing that item number.

After that she performed on another hot item number in the form of Ishq Samundar in Sanjay Gupta’s Kaante. She played an important role opposite Aishwarya Rai and Arjun Rampal in romantic love story Dil Ka Rishta. She was laos appreciated for her brillinat performance in Dr Chandrakprakash Dwivedi’s Pinjar. She did her first negative role in Harry Baweja’s action thriller Qayamat: City Under Threat in which she played a terrorist. She became hot favourite after doing Karan Razdan’s controversial Girlfriend opposite Amrita Arora and Aashish Chaudhary.

Her biggest hit came in the form of sex comedy Kya Kool Hain Hum in which she co-starred Tusshar Kapoor and Ritesh Deshmukh. Later she did guest appearances in Salman Khan starrer Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya and a murder mystery, 36 China Town. She was next seen in Shahrukh Khan starrer Don: The Chase Begins Again. Her last release Ram Gopal Varma’s Darling failed to do well at the box office. Right now she is busy in Rajshri Productions Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi opposite Sonu Sood in which she is playing a very different character as compared to her sexy and bold image.
