The movie Jaane Hoga Kya has been released on September 1, 2006 and was bannered under P K Arts Creations. The movie was directed by Ankush and Glenn and was produced by Alok Shrivastava. Actors in the top roles in the film were Aftab Shivdasani, Preeti Jhangiani, Bipasha Basu and Rahul Dev whereas the supporting roles were played by Paresh Rawal and Tinu Anand. The music of the movie was directed by Nikhil-Vinay and Sajid-Wajid. The songs were sung by Udit Narayan, Abhijeet, Shaan, Anuradha Paudwal and Shreya Ghosal.

The subject of the film is such that it had always seduced the new producers for producing movies like these. The subject of the movie Jaane Hoga Kya is based on cloning. The movie revolves around Siddharth Sardesai ( Aftab Shivdasani ) who is a scientist working at Indian Medical Research center and wants to create a human clone. He had been working for over two years now and in the process he had separated from his close friends and family.

Now Siddharth wants to step in the next level with the permission of the Institute and his guru Dr. Krishnan ( Paresh Rawal ). His experiment was disliked by Inspector Rathod ( Rahul Dev ) and when Siddharth was denied the permission, he broke down. He was then consoled by his love Aditi ( Bipasha Basu ) who told him that she will ask her father Mr Chopra ( Tinu Anand ) to sponsor him to experiment with the project. He soon was successful with making a clone of himself and this brought a twist in the story. His clone was a person full of bad qualities and this made his life worse.
