Jiyo To Aise Jiyo was a family drama released in the year of 1981 under the banner of Rajshri Productions Pvt Ltd. The movie was directed by Kanak Mishra and produced by Tarachand Barjatya. The major roles in the movie were played by Arun Govil, Jayashree Gadkar, Debashree Roy and Neelam Mehra while the roles of Vijay Arora, Ram Mohan, T P Jain and Goga Kapoor were equally important. The music of the film was directed by Ram Lakshman while the songs were sung by Bhupinder and Usha Mangeshkar.

Jiyo To Aise Jiyo was a family drama that showcased how one should live despite facing challenges in the life. The story of the movie revolves around the three brothers whose parents left them at an early age. The eldest of the three brothers is Ramprasad ( Ram Mohan ) who is married to Laxmi ( Jayashree Gadkar ); the second is Jagdish ( Vijay Arora ) who is married to Pinky ( Neelam Mehra ); while the youngest of the three is Kundan ( Arun Govil ) who is a bachelor at present and is yet to marry.

The movie takes a turn after the marriage of Jagdish with Pinky when all kinds of misunderstandings started rising between the two groups. One of the group consisted of Jagdish, Ramprasad and Pinky while at the other group was Kundan. Thus they all wanted that Kundan leave the place. He does so and was now on his own jobless, homeless and also penniless. But with time he became the proud owner of a garage and thus moves to a bungalow.
