Bollywood multistarrer action thriller, Jung, directed by Rama Rao Tatineni was released on April 19, 1996. The movie starred Mithun Chakraborthy, Ajay Devgan and Rambha in lead roles while Aditya Pancholi, Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Tinnu Anand, Sujata Mehta and Siddhath also played important roles in the film. The music of the film was given by renowned music director duo, Nadeem Shravan while the songs were sung by Udit Narayan, Kumar Sanu, Alka Yagnik etc. However, the movie failed to do well at the box office window.

The movie starts with Ram ( Aditya Pancholi ) who is arrested by police for performing a big robbery ‘loot’. Howver, Ram is continously pleading that he is not the real accuse infact he has been framed in this case by someone. ACP Arjun Saxena ( Mithun Chakraborthy ) disbeliefs him and throws him behind bars. ACP Arjun believes in the evidences only while his younger brother, Ajay Bahadur Saxena ( Ajay Devgan ) believes that if a innocent man is framed in a case then they should try to reach at the real truth of the whole story.

Ajay is a lawyer by profession ad he takes the case of Ram. This creates a clash situation between two brothers. This war of different mentality is used by Chakradhari Chaudhary ( Sadashiv Amrapurkar ) for his own benefit. Ajay is also in love with Chaudhary’s beautiful daughter Madhu ( Rambha ). Ajay helps Ram to escape from the jail and this create a more tension between Ajay and Arjun. Now Ajay is also on the pinpoint of Arjun alongwith Ram. How will Ajay prove Ram’s innocence now?
