Jungbaaz was an action movie released on June 16, 1989. The movie was directed by Mehul Kumar and produced by Pranlal Mehta. The lead roles in the movie were played by Raaj Kumar, Mandakini, Govinda and Moushmi Chatterjee while the presence of Shakti Kapoor, Danny Denzongpa, Prem Chopra, Gulshan Grover, Raj Kiran and Vikas Anand supported the film. The music of the film was directed by Ravindra Jain while the choreography was done by Saroj Khan and Vijay.

The male lead in the film was played by Raaj Kumar who has given many hit movies like Mother India released in 1957, Desh Ke Dushmann released in 1989, Tirangaa released in 1993 while his first film as an actor was Raaz released in 1949. The other lead role was played by Govinda who debuted with the movie Tan Badan released in 1980. He has given many hit movies like Do Qaidi, Shola Aur Shabnam, Raja Babu, Aunty No. 1 and Jis Desh Mein Ganga Rehta Hai among the rest.
