Bollywood romantic comedy flick, Kambakht Ishq, directed by Sabir Khan and written by Ishita Moitra was released on July 3, 2009. The movie starred Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor in lead roles while Aftab Shivdasani, Amrita Arora, Vindu Dara Singh, Denise Richards, Boman Irani, Ashwin Mushran, Brandon Routh, Kiron Kher, Holly Valance, Javed Jaffrey and Sylester Stallone also played important characters in the film. The melodious music of the movie was composed by the none other than the well known music director Anu Malik while the songs were rendered by Kay Kay, Rishie Rich, Veronica and Navin Kundra.

The movie starts with a guy named Viraj Shergill ( Akshay Kumar ), who works as a stuntman in Hollywood film industry. He believes that womens are use and throw materials. He believes that there is nothing like ‘love‘ kind of a thing in the world. He get shocked when he learns that his younger brother, Lucky Shergill ( Aftab Shivdasani ) is getting married to Kamini ( Amrita Arora ). Viraj tries to convince him that there is no need of marriage. But after realizing how much he is desperate to get married to Kamini, Viraj gives his nod for their marraige.

It is then he come across a beautiful but arrogant girl named Simrita Rai alias Bebo ( Kareena Kapoor ). Bebo believes that all mens are dog and they wants only one thing from womens. She also doesn’t believe in the institution of marraige. While performing a stunt, Viraj get seriously injured and is taken to hospital where he get shocked to find Simrita as his operating doctor. Problem arises when Simrita acciedntly leaves her wrist watch in the Viraj’s body.
