The comic movie Khanna & Iyer was released on March 30, 2007 under the banner of Mukta Tele Media. The movie has been directed by Hemant Hegde and the main roles of the movie were played by Sarvar Ahuja, Aditi Sharma, Mushtaq Khan, Prateeksha Lonkar and Neelu Kohli while the roles of Asha Sharma, Yashpal Sharma, Manoj Pahwa and Aroon Bakshi were equally important. The music of the film has been directed by Tabun Sutradhar and the songs were sung by Sukhwinder Singh, Shreya Ghosal, Jojo Khan, Madhushree, Suzan, Kunal Ganjawala and Sudesh Bhosle.

Khanna & Iyer is the movie that introduces new talent both behind and in front of the camera. On one side where the movie launches newcomers Sarvar Ahuja and Aditi Sharma while on other side it also marks the debut of director Hemant Hegde. Iyers and Khannas are the two neighbours and as usual are fighting with each other on small topics. Their son and daughter Aryan Khanna ( Sarvar Ahuja ) and Nandini Iyer ( Aditi Sharma )decided to run away. Both the families report the matter to the police. Both Khanna and Iyer are influential people in Mumbai, While Iyer is a local MLA in Navi Mumbai, Khanna is a multimillionaire real estate builder.

Aryan and Nandini were also in love for over four years now. They ran away because of the fact that Nandini’s wedding was fixed with a south Indian guy living in New York. While they were away several unexpected circumstances took place. They didn’t know that they possessed a CD which contained a top secret file about the politicians Rana and Donga. They hide themselves in a forest called Lal Dora where the politician was also hiding. Meanwhile, their parents decided to convince them about their marriage and bring them back.
