Bollywood movie, Khoon Pasina, directed by Rakesh Kumar and written by Kadar Khan was released on January 21, 1977. The movie starred Amitabh Bachchan, Vinod Khanna and Rekha in lead roles while Nirupa Roy, Helen, Vikas Anand, Asrani, Kadar Khan, Goga Kapoor, Aruna Irani, Bharat Bhushan, Ranjeet, Yunus Parvez and Mac Mohan also played important roles in the movie. The hit music of the film was given by the veteran music director duo Kalyanji-Anandji while the songs were rendered by Kishore Kumar, Lata mangeshkar and Asha Bhonsle. The movie did well at the box office window.

The movie starts with Shiva aka Tiger ( Amitabh Bachchan ), who lives with his mother in a small town. Shiva is involved in some criminal activities. His mother wants him to leave all these criminal activities and get married with someone. Shiva meets with a beautiful girl named Chanda ( Rekha ) and instantly falls in love with her. After marraige, Shiva give up his criminal activities and starts living a normal life. Shera ( Vinod Khanna ), who is also a criminal like Shiva and just like Shiva is a good hearted person who is always ready to battle with the villains and the ones who tries to torture poor peoples.

Shera recieves news that Tiger has killed a poor farmer. At first he disbeliefs to this news but when it is proved to him that Tiger is really accused for a farmer’s death, he decides to go in the search of Tiger. Shera manage to track down Tiger but get shocked to know that Tiger is actually his long lost friend, Ram. Tiger also get shocked to know that Shera is his childhood friend, Aslam, who was presumed dead after a bad incident in their life.
